About

Aurélie Russanowska - Brand storyteller

When I was about 10, my parents gave my sister and me a cassette recorder. While most kids used theirs to record songs, we spent hours recreating the radio commercials we loved. Looking back, that was probably the moment I caught the advertising bug.

Life then took a slightly more "serious" turn with a Master's degree in Business Management from ICHEC, followed by nearly 20 years in marketing, communications and brand strategy. I began my career on the client side at LVMH and a Belgian fashion brand before moving into agencies - TBWA, BBDO, and now Publicis Groupe Belgium - where I've had the privilege of shaping some of Belgium's biggest brands.

What truly drives me, though, is understanding people. I'm endlessly curious about human behavior and convinced that the strongest strategies are built on an equal mix of empathy, analysis and imagination.

I love connecting dots others don't always see and turning complexity into clear, memorable frameworks that help people understand and decide. I believe great strategy isn't about sounding clever, it's about making things make sense ;)
